Introducing Collective
Connect. Belong. Thrive

Explore Collective
As our work environments become faster, more competitive and dispersed we have to to work harder at connecting with our colleagues.

But... by seeking to understand each other, accepting and embracing difference and to uniting for a common purpose we can feel a sense of belonging.

When we feel understood, valued and part of something we can thrive, not just survive, in our work.

At Collective we can work with you to make all these things happen.

Mental Health Awareness
Mental health is a hot topic but do we really understand what it is and how problems with mental health can manifest themselves in the workplace?

How do we know when we are not OK and need to seek help?

Where do you start?

We deliver research and theory-led workshops that give information on all of the above and clear pathways to supporting each other and finding other sources of support.

These two workshops are designed to be delivered with a time gap, with follow up action to reflect and embed new approaches to wellbeing in the workplace and supporting each other.

'Growth As One' Workshops
These workshops graduate from individual focus to team and ultimately organisational focus.
Designed to follow on in sequence, they gradually build skills, knowledge, working practices and awareness so the whole organisation functions harmoniously.
They can also each be delivered in isolation, where there is a specific subject to address..
